Exited Founder, CEO, and Investor
Evan Shy
Background
Evan has spent his career building, financing, operating, acquiring, and selling companies across founder-led, venture-backed, and private-equity-backed environments.
He founded a company, raised venture capital, and completed Techstars NYC. He later led Coding Temple through three and a half years of growth and acquisitions, helping double the business and integrating several acquisitions into the private-equity-backed platform that followed. Earlier, he designed and led SpeedRound at P33 Chicago, which helped 35 companies raise $35 million in its first nine months.
Today he leads Integrated and its Capital Lab programs for founder-support institutions.
Understand the business before selling the story. Make the economics and accountability clear. Get involved only where judgment and execution improve the result.

A decade-plus software engineer, working on real-time 3D engines and large-scale data systems, before moving into product leadership. Founding CTO of two venture-backed startups, both exited.
